Niedermayr, Walter

Walter Niedermayr (ALPA photographer since early 2000): Born in 1952 in Bolzano (Italy). He belongs to the most uncompromising personalities in contemporary photography. Trained in electrical engineering, computer science and technical drawing, he took up filming and since 1970 photography. Prolonged trips abroad in connection with his work (most recently USA, Japan, Iran). Since 1988 individual and group exhibitions at in Italy and abroad (USA, Germany, Austria, France, England, Spain).
